Bio Electronic Sleep is a musical system that is work of Chris Robertson from western United States. Electronic Sleep is not easy to categorize but is mostly focused on beautiful melody, interesting unique compositions and unique drum patterns that develop into mind opening compositions that are always changing, growing and evolving. Electronic Sleep pulls influences from all different musical genres and is always making new groundbreaking music with technology, software and hardware.
Some words used to describe Electronic Sleep have been; drone thinking music, relaxing evolving sounds, experimental electronic, terror ghost noise, galaxy rave, horror movie soundtrack, eerie atmospheric, jazz influenced electronic, strangely uplifting, epic space chaos, paranoia noise, diverse electronic music, prehistoric darkness elegance from outer space, acid techno, braindance, IDM and also relaxing sleep music, there are so many different styles of music and songs to explore.
Electronic Sleep's diversity can make it hard to label the artist but can fit into the experimental, braindance, IDM genre. Electronic Sleep started making electronic music in 2000 as Sinuous on the bass guitar and computer and was in two main technical metal and jazz bands at the time; Existi and In Absentia. The name Sinuous evolved in the name Electronic Sleep in 2008.
